That is the question. I bought this Taste Of Home Cookbook with every intention of giving it away for Memorial Day. Quickly after viewing it I decided I wanted to keep it. For myself.
Since I am selfless, and enjoy others having happy mouth’s I will stick with my first plan…..I will give it away! The Cookbook is full of pictures(a must), nutritional information(irrelevant), lots of pages(738 to be exact), and the potential to make your mouth very very happy!!

Humboldt [GIVEAWAY]
Too many times I hear the complaints of people about our weather here. Sure it rains a lot, sure there is often a cloud/ fog coverage, sure it is we have a lot of wind. Let me remind you that without the rain we would have no green pastures for the cows to graze and the flowers to grow. Without the clouds/ fog we would not be surrounded by the beautiful Redwood curtain that we are, and without the wind…well, we would not have allergies from all the beautiful flowers and trees.
We live in one of the most beautiful serene places in the world. We have canyons to hike through, bridges to cross over, beaches to comb, and mountains to climb.
Deal with the weather, enjoy the place we live. Live Aloha here in Humboldt.

Growing up I was taught and influenced by 3 people in the kitchen. My mother and grandmother in the baking arena and my father in the cooking. All the tips and techniques I learned as a young lady from my family set the foundation for my love of food. It is their fault one of my favorite places is in the kitchen.
